Our development planners on one end, should relentlessly pursue this by creating the strategic policy environment to institute regulatory framework against malpractices in trading activities of PH energy suppliers . . . and to prepare PH to its eventual integration to the ASEAN energy market-- why not? With Indonesia (alone), an OPEC and G20 member-state, palagay nyo, mamahal pa kaya ang enerhiya natin?
