There has been some very touching moments for me on this campaign personally that I will never forget. The looks on the faces of people during a stand out, their smiles, their wishes of good luck, the children who have waved back with a great big “HI MISTER” and the kind, wonderful, and humbling support from each of you, my family and friends, and so much more positive responses and well wishes that I am often choking back tears. Win or lose, it is always about the issues that will always be addressed whether I become one of the next 7 City Councilors or not. Today, however, something happened that was TOO AWESOME!!! I was walking in to Dairy Mart in Haines Square of Medford and a young man was walking out so I held the door open for him. I never saw this guy before in my life and he said, “thanks, Rob” for holding the door open for him so I replied, “I’m sorry, do I know you?” And he said, “You’re the guy running for City Council, Rob Cappucci, right?” And I said yes and he then patted me on the shoulder and said, “Word is getting around, good luck!!!!” In a word: priceless. To all of you supporting me for Medford City Council, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!!
