There has rarely been an athlete in the Caliber of Rafa Nadal in ANY individual sport , I used to lay awake and wait for Pete Sampras matches ( specially the USUS Open Tennis Championships were usually late night 3 in the morning our time ) , after he retired I never felt that sort of attraction towards an athlete - not even in Rafas early years , but now that he is vulnerable , it looks as if the tiger has been wounded (physical injuries/mental blocks rising ) - NOW, at the tipping point of his career - when he looks like he may LOSE ANY match he plays - I am more drawn to his matches than EVER , Tennis is a sport of immense mental challenge and TRUE champions come out swinging when they are kicked to the curb, Rafa - I BELEIVE IN , Rafa I wait to watch today. Looking forward to the Nadal vs Ferrer ROLAND-GARROS quarters.
