There have been many times when I have been going after a goal involving, getting leaner or stronger and I have not written down, what I am eating or any of my training. My greatest gains or loses (fat loss) have come when I have written it down and followed it. I have Matt Pirtle from Emerge Fitness setting up both my nutrition and my training. All I have to do is follow it. Since I have my diet written on a white board on my wall and also have it in my phone, I consider it a goal. Each meal and every day I have a goal to stick with what I am going to eat. Same with my training. I have to stick with everything that I have in my program. If I reach each of these goals every day without straying from my diet or training, I wont have a problem reach my goal on April 4th when I compete.
