There have been no significant cures of any major disease since 1940. Look it up and try to find one. Now there have been advancement in managing diseases such as diabetes, as an example, medicine is becoming wonderful at managing disease, not diagnosing, not treating, and not curing disease, only managment. I have poised this question, to many a MD, PhD, ND, OD, B.Pharm., etc... If anyone can come up with a disease cured since 1940 I would love to hear of one and study it, that is what my new dissertation is on! Funny thing happened on the way to the Forum though, no one could give me an answer!
