There have been some questions about what our demands are and what is going to be in our contract. There are clear issues that we will need to address in our contract, and many common concerns among employees. After we file and move towards an election, there will be contract surveys and meetings to determine the specifics of what the employees want in their contract. The reasons we cant make our demands public at this time are that: 1.) There is no admin of this Facebook page who can speak on behalf of all Bloomingfoods employees 2.) We are still determining what our priorities and demands are going to be for our contract 3.) Many of our grievances are very personal in nature. 4.) The stakes are very high right now. Bloomingfoods admin, board, and general manager have yet to make a clear, public statement of neutrality. Neutrality would grant us much-needed security in coming forth with our specifics. .
