There have been threads stating that mobile homes are not allowed in the city. Recently, I noticed one popped up over night in Emory Valley. It is on blocks up on the hill that is accessed via Caldwell Lane. I called the Code Enforcement folks and they told me that they are allowed in the city limits and that particular one is owned by someone in his office. Does anyone else think something is fishy? Once you let one in, you open up a can of worms. This is unacceptable to me as a homeowner. It devalues my property. Are there no codes in Emory Valley? If you do not own property, please refrain from trolling. Otherwise, contact your city council. Thank you. Lets keep Oak Ridge beautiful.
