There have recently been numerous reports of a strong cannabis smell by the Church Gardens in Wigan Town Centre. We thank everyone who has reported this as we often rely on the general public for information. However in this instance, this has been investigated and is in-fact an odour produced by a local brewery. This smell has been more prominent in the past few weeks due to the cold weather conditions. Thanks again to all who reported this, but there is no cause for concern.
