There is a Muslim problem in America and it lies in our innate cultural desire to honor and respect those unlike ourselves - even those who wish us ill. We do this often to our detriment personally and nationally. Muslims are Muslims first and only. They may be citizens of America or the UK or some other country but their only loyalty is to Allah and their mission in life is to spread their faith as instructed and prescribed by the Quran. Islam is a lethal threat to anyone who does not submit to the will of Allah.
