Seller sends and Buyer sign SPA Buyer return with disport detail 2. Seller release cargo doc and ats to buyer 3. Buyer issues MT199 POF. See verbiage sample Annex B 4. Seller issue NOR/ETA ( doesn’t apply if vessel is already in China water) 5. Seller issues ATB/DTA and invites Buyer Inspectors take samples for Q&Q and completes Inspection Report. 6. Buyer issues MT103 to Seller as per the final Commercial Invoice from Inspectors Q&Q report to nominated accounts. 7. In case of discrepancy of CIQ report and the technical specification of goods stated in this agreement, the buyer has the right to cancel this agreement without any liabilities; or incase of excess water, the seller unanimously agrees to deduct the excess portion from the calculation of final quantity of weight for final invoice. 8. Payment is authorized and confirmed against complete set of Shipping Documents / Title Transfers 9. All is paid per IMFPA ship with 2 million barrels of BLCO heading towards china. Original buyer didnt put up mt 799. Contract can be done. Track vessel require 799. Mt Birdie. IMO nbr 9297319. Full docs n permission to talk to captain will be furnished against a MT799. After speaking to captain, seller issue Commercial Invoice buyer sign n seal, seller will then arrange vessel to buyer destination port n upon inspection pays for cargo via MT103. Cheers.
