There is a code of conduct on this page that I have to reiterate every few weeks as more people join. There are no negative comments tolerated here. this page is for promoting the profession, the AST and its members in a positive direction. When commenting on pics...If you feel that a selfie is too close to the sterile field, or someones hands are too low, or their retractors are too close to the edge of the table...if you can not find a positive way to comment, then please say nothing. If you are disgruntled at work, have an opinion about certification, circulators, or other STs that you work with...please keep them positive or you will be banned. There are other ST pages that you can go to where people bash each other on every post. please feel free to remove yourself from this group if the urge to speak in a negative tone overtakes you, otherwise I will be happy to assist you.
