There is a direct correlation between intelligence/education and allowing yourself to be the subject of an institution. Government, among other erroneous authoritative non-military organizations are obsolete to those with the will for knowledge. Corruption never takes hold on those who are willing to use the gift of reason to determine right and wrong instead of blindly following the authority of their generation.
