There is a guy in Berkeley, California who is in almost iconic status with anybody who has been to the town. He goes by the name Rare and he sometimes goes around growling and screaming on top of his lungs. However, he is very smart when it comes to music and one time, when I saw him in Amoeba Records, I asked his opinion on trippy psychedelic stuff. He was kind enough to spend time searching for things for me. Twinks solo album was his suggestion as to the best trippy psychedelic stuff but the price of the CD was expensive so Rare told me I didnt need to spend that price so he suggested another group and CD instead which was very reasonably priced and I bought it. However, thanks to Youtube, I got s chance to hear Twinks album and Rare was right. You have not heard trippy until youve heard this. I must earn you... this is so intense, tread carefully if you dont like your music hot like a cup full of cayenne peppers. Its going to be too much for you. But those who like their music high powered and adventurous, like me, this is going to be one of the most awesome things you ever heard. The song I picked is not near as intense as the most intense stuff.. at first. You can start gently with this one and work your way up to the freakish things. Be warned, though. Before the song is over it does get as intense as the best.
