There is a huge amount of snake oil (even fraud) in the alternative health field. I know there is a lot in standard medicine also so navigating through this maze takes a lot of time and research. Either that or just "trust your doctor" or the next multi-level miracle cure that comes along that will also allows you to achieve your hopes and dreams. What is the most ridiculous advice you have gotten from an "alternative health" expert (multi-level marketer or not) OR an American educated medical doctor?
