There is a law by the military that there shall not be vehicular movement from now till probably monday in maiduguri and environ. And from the best of my knowledge the borno people are not complaining, unlike last year when the same law was impose,u need to see the amount of abuse on the military authority. This is part of the indication that borno people are now cooperating. Back then in 2013, i took the pain to convince some people on social media on the reason they just have to bear the pain for now,yet they were adamant that the military cannot infringe on their right to movement. But now they realize that all this is not about right but cooperation. If u refuse to cooperate and u are still talking about right then move to Gwoza and see if u will not confess. My happiness is that since borno people have decided to be cooperating with every painful law impose on them by the military bc of this menace without complaining,then boko haram will soon end the way ebola was kick out bc the people cooperated with Lagos and federal govt.
