There is a lot of posting regarding your rights to privacy and how Facebook uses your posted pictures and comments. There is a revised Facebook usage agreement that goes into effect Jan 30 2015. Which states that if you post to a public audience your postings (i.e photos. Videos, comments) can be used or copied - regardless of your statement forbidding usage. If you post content associated with an IP address -that is not owned by you- Intellectual property rights actually belong to the owner(s) of the content you posted, not you, and this content can be used or copied without your consent. So in conclusion- you have a right to privacy and ownership of content when using FB, but you have to be mindful of how you post- best to post content that belongs to you- to an audience that are within your privacy right and are not subject to FB coping. Do not post to public. My personal though- we are living in times where nothing we do over the Internet or cellular use is private.. I am fully aware of that- so my post will remain public, and FB and the public are welcome to ponder on my opinions, and pics posted 😄 https://m.facebook/legal/terms/update
