In the human experience we tend to get pulled into these very physical experiences, the drama around us, the fear being forced onto us through the media. Now more than ever is a time to ground and center ourselves through meditation, walks in nature, exercise, eating well, spending time with special people in our lives, and AVOIDING drama! It is so important to nurture your energy, as to easily we can fritter it away by getting dragged into needless and energy wasting drama! Remembering always, that however we react to a situation is a CHOICE. We can choose to react in fear, and waste our energy, or we can react in a manner that serves our higher selves, and propels us upwards on our path of spiritual evolution.
