There is a person who is responsible for sending the Malaysian airliner to its fatal demise. The fact the weapon was Russian and the rebels werent fully trained to operate the weapon system are minor contributing roles compared to the fact that someone decided to approve an already fatal flight plan. Why is Tony Abbott scapegoating Russia for this when the real murderer goes Scott free is this justice?
