There is a psychological aspect to this outrage against the death - TopicsExpress

There is a psychological aspect to this outrage against the death of school children in Pakistan that I have not fully understood yet. The outrage by the western political classes, is pretty much propaganda. They couldnt give two hoots about dead Muslim children in Pakistan, but because they are fighting the Taliban and it helps their War of Terror narrative it helps their cause. Why else do you think it is wall-to-wall news coverage? More Muslim children are murdered by Burmese Monks? - Ever seen that on global wall-to-wall news? - Get the game? But what of the Pakistani outrage? Why are they so upset? On the face of it, it is simple, a group of crazies have killed young children - that seems reason to enough to be upset surely! But yet - if this was true, why are most of those, who are currently so vocal, not equally as outraged at the infinitely more children killed by drone strikes? (Over 3000 of them) Something doesnt make much sense to me? You cant just get mad, cause the Media gets mad, thats like the reaction of an idiot. You get mad at something, because its wrong. Simple. And if its wrong for one guy killing a child, its EQUALLY OUTRAGEOUS for the other guy to kill them. Otherwise - you are just being part of someone elses propaganda. You dont really care about the child, you only care that the side you dont agree with, isnt allowed to kill them - When the side side you support (or lets face it, are too scared to speak against), kills the same children - You look the other way.
