There is a reason I should stick to breads when baking. The recipe said to beat a pack of sugar-free Chocolate pudding with one cup of milk and use for frosting on sugar-free brownies. I got the bright idea of using heavy cream instead of milk. I thought it would be richer, creamier, and less carbohydrates. I cannot begin to tell you what happened when I inserted a hand mixer in the cream/pudding mixture and turned it on. Disaster! I had instant flavorless chocolate-colored mortar. You could have built a house with that shit.
