There is a reason that the USA has a LEGAL immigration process to enter, as there is with most countries. I followed the LEGAL immigration process to bring my lovely wife to the USA, and she is now a USA Citizen. The reason for screening is for two primary reasons. 1 = Ensure there is no criminal background 2 = Ensure they have the ability to financially support them-self and not become a burden on USA taxpayers. Reasonable expectations in my opinion. What the current administration (Obama) would like to do is negate the entire process in a political move to buy his party more votes in the future. He is not/ and never has been transparent or bi-lateral. His actions most certainly have proved that. What he is offering at the moment is amnesty to anyone who wants to jump the border from Mexico or South American. It is pretty much exclusive to those areas since you cant fly into the USA from any Asian country without a pre-approved VISA (for instance).
