There is a reason this used to carry civil and criminal penalties. You see if the state really does have a vested interest in marriage and families then it has an interest in preventing their dissolution. This turd is getting a Thrill like many others - and you the taxpayers are getting the BILLS for the housing, food stamps, medical care, counseling, etc... when the marriages are destroyed. Need I go on - its not even a moral issue yet at this point - just one of the needs and obligations of the state - vs. admittedly mentally disturbed peoples right to have a thrill and destroy families. Lets start thinking America - Its not about YOU, your 15 min thrill could cost a child or children a father, a mother a husband, a family a home, and you are the jackass who gets a thrill without paying any of price.
