There is a respiratory strain circulating in Columbus that is affecting our kids. This has been confusing since we have an increase of asthma in the fall ragweed season already, so it has made the number of wheezing children in the city rise very quickly. If your child is having difficulty breathing or wheezing be sure to make an appointment and come in. If they are a child with asthma, be aware this may cause an exacerbation and pay attention to their asthma action plan.
