There is a separation of powers, Legislative, Executive, Judicial - TopicsExpress

There is a separation of powers, Legislative, Executive, Judicial to allow checks and balances in both our Federal and state governments. The Mayor, the Governor and the President (Executive Branch at City, State and National levels) may not like the decisions of the Judical branch, but they are duty bound to support those decisions. If there is evidence that the Judical Branch has been subverted - then the executive branch should take action to remove corrupt judges... but there seems to be NO SUCH EVIDENCE. Our politicians just like to pander to uneducated, violent class of people. That will create problems for those pandering politicans (which I dont mind - Karma has everyones address) but it also creates serious law and order problems for all of us...
