There is a shrill noise in the media of Yehi hain ache din? Actually yes. This is what change looks like at grand scale. Projects being green lighted, plans being made behind closed doors, pervasive stories of leaders and babus being made to work (and made to answer)..... there are signs of change everywhere. When a ship carrying a billion people changes direction, it is bound to do so over years, not hours. And the captain at the helm is answerable but this Achhe din/Bure din noise is like children in the back seat of a car screaming have we reached yet before the car leaves the garage. Some people think they are making the government look bad, but they are only revealing themselves as immature and childish. The good part is that this guy is used to it. The media and the self proclaimed intellectuals have been screaming at the top of their voices for more than a decade, and he continues to just do his job. Keep doing that, Mr Prime Minister.
