There is a skinny dog at 309 Chester that I have seen freezing on the porch for the last two nights, so tonight I stopped and inquired about why, and the guy rudely kept shooing him away from the door and out into the backyard. I asked him if it was his, he said no, it wont go away! My best guess is that they do not want it anymore,or the previous tenant abandoned the poor dog, and he is trying to figure out where they are. I tried to call the dog, but of course he is scared, and hid under the vehicle on the side of the house. I feel so bad for this dog, it is cold and he has no one to love him. If anyone could help him, or knows what to do please help him.
