There is a story behind this video. On New Years Day Sister Cook had all of the sister missionaries together, on their preparation day, to make an exercise video for the sister missionaries in order to encourage them to do their daily exercises. Our office were so inspired by the idea that they made this video entitled the Pintana Burnout. La Pintana makes up the most challenging part of Santiago. For you gringos, think the South Bronx, Bed Sty, Watts, Compton, etc. This video pretty much captures the exercises needed to survive in La Pintana. The actual video is about 20 minutes, this is just the short version. Special thanks to Elder Tony Horton Marshall, Elder Raine, Elder Hare, Elder Hale, and Elder Zapata. We are so blessed to have diligent, willingly obedient missionaries that are true disciples. And they know how to have fun when appropriate.
