There is an old meme going around of Jay Cutler and Phil Heath on the internet laughing at a festival crew causing quite a stir at the moment. I had a laugh when I saw this meme about 12 months ago because it was so stupid, its really one of those dumb things you see on the internet and dont think twice about. Jay Cutler saw it on the internet and reposted on his Instagram for a laugh because he was in it. Nothing malicious or sinister about it just some harmless fun. One of the dudes in it took major offence to it and reposted it on his page bagging out one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and proceeded to go on about how he is the reason that Bodybuilders have a bad name and called him every insulting name under the sun and told him he had medical conditions that shouldnt be joked about like that. Ive met Jay in real life and he was one of the most humble and quietly spoken dudes ever. Very polite and is known for being a real champion who always has time for his fans. I dont think people like Jay are the reason that BB have a bad name. I think its clowns like this who bag out and put down people in this way over the Internet that give BB a bad name. Young kids see them and think of them as role models because they post shots of their upper body using 10 filters every time they take a dump. Kids see how they are Internet warriors and think that is cool to act like this and that is how all people who workout including bodybuilders really act. In my experience the top BB in Australia and the top BB in the world that I have met are some of the most humble and down to Earth people and its the keyboard warriors like this joker that give them a bad name. Guess what sunshine you are saying you want to enter a fitness model comp well they are all run by Bodybuilding Federations whose top competitors are.... wait for it... BODYBUILDERS. Not the best start to your career by pissing off the industry you are about to enter into. Jay Cutler is a true champion and deserves the respect of one. One more thing from now on I would like to be known as Schembra Chestbra as I feel the name is not being given any justice by its current holder and I will give the name the chest it deserves.
