There is an opportunity for eligible beekeepers and livestock farmers to receive disaster assistance under a program called the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP) under the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Farm Bill). The sign up deadline for 2014 ELAP is November 1, 2014.
