There is and never was a center. Hard to explain... But the whole thing is non-linear. There is no edge. It folds in on itself under its own gravity and charge like a fractal... scale and motion and time are irrelevant to the nature of an eternal amorphous continuum. The big bang is just a nice idea... a throw back to when we didnt understand as much as we do now... which isnt to say we have any clue yet.. only theories.. and a growing suspicion that we are completely wrong about everything except the basic shapes and wavelengths we can detect with our limited technologies and imaginations and math. As far as our best math indicates, things have no beginning nor end, no maximum size now distance. You can always multiply and divide by half and never find a solution. We are truly adrift and ever changing in our state. It is only the limitations of our senses and our extremely short lifespans that have spawned our attempts at describing the universe, even the term universe hints at our limited imaginations, as if there could only be one unified set of variables and only one everything. Remember: outside the metaphorical box there is only a larger box.. ad infinitum.
