There is no doubt that the wind of change is blowing in Gombe, and it has succeedingly carried virtually almost every Tom, Dick and Harry along with it. Yesterday, the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Gombe state, Alhaji Inuwa Yahya kicked off his campaign across the state and he was received by a mammoth crowd thats almost unprecedented in the state. The teeming support was very sensational and highly encouraging, considering the way and manner in which the current PDP-led administration has subjected the masses into abject penury amongst other things. The mammoth crowd were in no way rented, they are the innocent and change-seeking Nigerians who enthusiastically support the APC and all the fielded candidates. In attendance during the kick off were Senator Danjuma Goje “Limamin Chanji”, Rt.Hon. Bayero Nafada, Barr. Magaji Doho, Hon. Khamisu Mailantarki, party executives as well as other distinguish APC dignitaries. With every single day, the APC is absolutely garnering massive support that victory is seemingly almost sealed. The APC is the party in Gombe that is really concerned about the masses and the masses are ready to throw their weight behind the candidacy of Alhaji Inuwa Yahya as the next Governor of Gombe state come the next coming election. Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo should swallow his pride in order to go with the masses choice. There is no way we the inhabitants of Gombe will vote for a President who doesnt give a damn about our plight. A man that couldnt visit Borno in the name of condolence or going to see whats happening in those state, hiding under the no security emblem but had the temerity to visit the war-plagued region on a political mission. Dankwambo should realise that there is nothing he could to make Jonathan acceptable or saleable in Gombe state and the norrth at large. Come next month, the people of Gombe will unanimously vote APC massively at all levels and at every position. APC will sweep all electable positions in Gombe. The signs are clear. The masses are tired; they are yearning and craving for change. Almost on a daily basis, the APC keeps accepting decampees from the PDP.
