There is no food on earth that taste good enough to die for that few moments of pleasure on my lips. I hope I remember this weekend each time I desire some fatty treat. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Falling over my own feet like a drunk in the street. Head spinning and aching to the point where I had to cancel not one but two appointments to get my hair braided this weekend. Lord knows when I will get eight free hours to do it. If this does not make me do this thing-nothing will or I will not have the chance to. Blood pressure is way to high. No more excuses. This is serious stuff/
