There is no healing in pilling He is right to a point; God is the almighty healer his menu of what we are to put in our body (eat) is in the Bible. Markus said he went out in the desert and found the answer! Gods food is the answer... and this is exactly what he found! After many years of trial and err I quickly learned... There is no healing in pilling It only makes you worse... Or chemically covers symptoms up; BUT... Get rid of the toxic things you put in your body, It will get rid of the poisons that are slowly taking you out. Every one wants the answer, but not many are willing to accept it once they have it; Gods food is fresh, no dyes, no chemicals, no preservatives, the breads are mostly Levant free, exc... I have changed 1/2 my diet and feel much better... I still have more to work on, but I can tell a difference, and you can to... Think about it! our great Grandparents generation lived longer; they were mostly on the Biblical diets (grant it was dew to economy) but they ate from their own gardens; their own herbs, nothing was refined, mass produced, or tainted with chemicals to make it last longer; Meats were special occasions; and fast food would be previous meal Left Overs not drive through pick up at window Do you REALLY want to get well? Because there is only one real way!
