There is no law in USA right now. Do not depend on Government Agencies to help you. These Gov agencies have been bought with Federal Reserve Notes. There are some honest white knight judges out there....but many judges - especially in BK Court -aka Article 1 courts --working for banks and appointed by President Obama etc. are helping crooked 3rd party debt collectors attorneys who are caught constantly in lies...i.e. yes, I represent Wells Fargo! No - the attorney represents himself in many cases and his golf buddies from LPS. These 3rd party debt collectors are collecting on breached contracts involved in securities fraud - felony crimes. If you ask for accounting discovery, you will find est. 20 to 30 default insurance policies X FACE VALUE of alleged loan taken out on a home---and some policies paid by the HOMEOWNER!
