There is no magic weight loss pill WeightNot Member Message: I was a LOT nervous when I started. I was like what am I doing!? I even wrote about it on my FB page saying that I either made the best decision of my life or another dumb one in a long line dumb decisions. Nothing had worked for me before WeightNot. I even qualified for free bypass surgery through my insurance if could lose 20lbs and I couldnt even lose 5lbs on my own. But by day 3 on the program you see the scale move and youre willing to do whatever it takes to see the scale go down more. For me I lost twice what they said to expect in the 1st week alone ( I was holding water like a dam). There is no magic weight loss pill but this program is the closest thing when you follow it correctly. -John
