There is no other time for President Robert Mugabe to appoint Commission of Inquiry into the salary scandals and other corrupt activities in government statutory bodies such as ZBC, NRZ, Air Zimbabwe, ZUPCO, GMB, PSMAS, ZIFA, where people have stolen huge sums of money. Investor confidence is dead in such a country. Why dont we hold ministers and permanent secretaries accountable for the rot under their noses? Is this Dollar Mubag or Indigenisation?
