There is no right way to go through grief. Sure people go through what ifs, disbelief, anger, disappointment, denial, acceptance, and figuring out how to move forward. At anytime a person can get caught in the waves of the grief cycle. Its ok to reach out to get help to sort through anything. Restrain from being destructive to yourself or others by going through what ifs, blaming people, shaming people, or isolating people that are going through the grief process with you. You have to find it within yourself to love more and hold on tighter through everything.
