There is no rule of law in Queensland. Any student of the history of jurisprudence knows that bad laws have a far more negative effect on any society than no law. Obviously the most recent examples are Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and the Communist Soviet Union. When those bad laws are enacted they become effectively legal anarchy. Good and well considered laws are beneficial to a cohesive and stable society, bad laws only benefit those in power with very secretive and repressive agendas.
