In my opinion: 1) Get the land legislation passed or take the land that has already been selected and implement an actual sustainable forest management plan. 2) Seriously address our mineral resources and pick three projects to partner with mining companies on and begin development. 3) Evaluate existing businesses and either terminate or grow. 4) Slash corporate over-head starting with salaries and staff. 5) Slash the board to 7 members and cut their budget 75%. 5) Investment new 7(i) money in equity index funds. 6) Any income earned from operations or proceeds from the sale of assets be invested in equity index funds. 7) Make small investments in a number of local industries and learn the business before investing millions in things you have no clue about. Sorry shareholders there is no easy fix, it is going to take time, hard work, and a lot of learning.
