There is not a one sizes fits all in marketing ... but there are ways that work better and quicker .... with that being said .... if you quit trying and quit believing ... YOU will fail miserably .... WHY ... because YOU gave up .... SIMPLE RIGHT ? Think of it this way ... if YOU know YOU can.... YOU will.... maybe not today or tomorrow but YOU WILL ... I am not saying to stay if YOU have truly exhausted all options ... . Have you asked for help ? I GOT HELP THE SECOND TIME I ASKED ... and great help :) Have you found someone that is willing to help you ....coach you ? We all need that go and get your support person that is awesome YOU deserve this ... maybe YOU just need a little support from time to time or maybe you need the whole meal deal that is cool .... Have you written an action plan ? What does YOUR day LOOK like ? Do you know your WHY ? Post it somewhere YOU can see it on a mirror on YOUR fridge on YOUR desk Laptop ... YOU do not have to be SHY with YOUR WHY :) There is good and bad in every company .... even the best company has some EGO ... HYPE... and some people plan and simple make YOU wonder how they got to where they are at .... YOU have the option though .... surround YOURSELF with people that will encourage you and build that with others and go have some FUN .... Accountability counts ... SO MOVE PAST THE BLAMING AND GET TO WORK :) If you have time to complain YOU have time to CHANGE ..... Water YOUR OWN GRASS ... AND WATCH THE FLOWERS GROW Comparing YOUR success to others ... will only make YOU feel defeated..... BEEN THERE done that and NOT going BACK .... Remember the people that have what YOU want YOU WILL HAVE ONE DAY AS WELL ..... starting at the BOTTOM is the way to success... SO THAT BEING SAID FRIENDS SEE YOU AT THE TOP ... Jessica Bernhardt
