There is nothing like tawakkul or putting your full trust in Allah. Its no wonder that the main quality of the 70,000 who will enter Jannah without any reckoning is that they only depend on their Lord and no one else. Now the Prophet AS has told us that if we really want to understand tawakkul we should look at birds. See birds have no place to store food. So everyday they start from scratch. They leave with an empty stomach in the morning, they labor all day, they come back in the evening with a full stomach. Some humans misunderstand reliance on Allah. They think that tawakkul is to stay home and rely on Allah. But thats false reliance (aka tawaakul). The birds know better! They go out and SEEK provision all day. Meanwhile, they need the HELP of Allah because they start with nothing everyday. Even the believers among the humans would have concerns if they have to start everyday with $0 in their bank accounts and no food in their houses!
