There is nothing more dangerous than the sincere poet who has abandoned the ideals of dreams, in exchange for the pursuit of personal will. When the poetry of paradise, both divine and material, can no longer numb the afflictions of the soul, then it needs to be sacrificed towards a greater art. And if the tormented poet can sacrifice heaven and earth, what cannot be sacrificed? If the poetry of will can sever the heads of dreams and gods, no art more divine can be written than the poetry you write for yourself.
