He introduces His Book by asserting This is the book in which there is NO DOUBT! and a little later throws in a challenge If you (Mankind) are in doubt ... then bring (even) a Surah (Chapter) like it (those in this Book) ... before establishing ... Theyll NEVER.... No other Author has had (or will have) such confidence. The confidence to pull anything close to this. NONE! (Claim credit & Praise, lay an assertion that his Book has no doubts in it before challenging the whole of Mankind). SubhanAllah!!!
