There is so much going on right now. Joshuas nursing hours were greatly reduced, which is great because he is doing so much better. The need for oxygen hasnt been there for a few weeks so we asked the Dr to discontinue the PRN. The equipment company will soon come and get all of that equipment. Praise God! Joshuas medications have also reduced to twice a day. The ativan ends next Tuesday and the methodone ends a couple of days later. Lasix was stopped. That will leave Kepra (which I hope to be able to wean after finding and visiting doctors in Tennessee). Praise God!! Jill reminded me that we had a childrens walker-thingy that we used with Logan and Averi. Joshua liked it, but I got tied up in a phone call with transport and wasnt able to work with him long... but he did like it. Another step closer to walking. Praise God!!! Jill found a temporary house in Tennessee. Hopefully well be able to find a good home for the family. Jill looked at several of them on 3 day visit. Transporting Joshua has been arranged and wasnt as expensive as I had imagined, though 2 companies were extremely high. Plans are being finalized for the move. Praise God!!!! I wont bother you with the list of things we still need to complete for the Dec 1 move, but I do ask those who have been praying to continue to pray with us. Jill and I have been praying many times throughout the day for wisdom, guidance, favor, health, safety, and to also not get too busy with details that we miss or take for granted what God is doing in our family each day. Ill post a couple of videos that show what Im talking about. One is Joshua practicing with a bottle, another is Logan talking to his little brother, and the last is Averi thanking God that her new brother is home with her. Praise God!!!!! When we pray, Jill and I pray to God in the name of His Son Jesus, since Jesus paid for our admission before God. We know that God has all power. There is nothing too difficult for Him to do. We know that God is faithful to keep His Word, so we remind ourselves of His Word as we pray. We know that God is compassionate and listens to the hearts of His people. We believe that Gods Holy Spirit is present to empower and equip. And I know that many of you who pray for us believe the same way because we continue to see God answering prayers. Thank you for continuing to pray with us. In my short time as a stay at home Dad, I have a deeper respect for those who stay home with children who need some special attention. You are an incredible group of people. The patience and ability to operate on very little sleep is very impressive. And my new friend who came to see me in Cincinnatti who has adopted multiple children with special needs, well... she still amazes me. What an experience all of this is. But I am thankful to God for showing me His faithfulness and His compassion. He performs huge miracles daily, many of them are within our very hearts and souls.
