There is so much information that goes unreported, leading to a populace that is both uninformed and misinformed, in other words they know so much that isnt so. The original mythology is pumped out, but when reality intrudes, no effort is made to correct the record. This is the type of bias that happily leaves a misperception in place when it serves. When Charles Barkley discussed the Michael Brown case, he mentioned being surprised reading the grand jury testimony, how different it was from the myth being pushed by the media. He said I can’t believe anything I hear on television anymore”. On CNN, one of the talking heads said I was shocked at the corroborative witnesses that backed Officer Wilsons story. I didnt know there was as many as there were and I didnt know they were African-American. The media is still lying about this case, mostly by omission now. Any report that sums up the case with White officer shot unarmed black teen, without mentioning the attack on the officer, the attempt to get the officers weapon, backed up by forensic evidence and witness testimony, is being dishonest (Im looking at you NYT). https://youtube/watch?v=KMSO0CXnYtE
