There is some dead time on this. My apologies. For those of you who do not know, I have been dealing with a minor injury. Today was the first day I pushed it in the gym what so ever (for lower body). I have taken nearly two weeks off entirely, and havent squatted in a Month. I went conservative in weight; working up 405x5, 455x3, 475x3 followed by Jonnie Canditos 405 challenge. Some detraining has occurred, but not much. So. Freaking. Happy. No pain! 18 reps.
