There is some real truth to this, but who determines what the real Islam looks like? Is it Muslims living in America? Is it Muslims living in England or any other democratic country? I dont think so. The real face of Islam lay within Islamic countries. Countries that are governed by Islamic law. This is the problem that Islam has. There is plenty of Islamic violence all over the world, in countries like India and Indonesia. Those of other religious denominations are persecuted on a regular basis in these countries that have high populations of Muslims. Muslims have driven Kashmiri Hindus from their lands and have nearly driven all Hindus out of Pakistan. This is the problem Islam has, it is not a religion that is evolving in the right direction as Christianity has. It is devolving back to its roots. There is no other explanation. We can call that Islamaphobia or we can call that common sense.
