South American news papers are advertising that the US will give amnesty if they come here with their children. The immigrants are being ushered off to military bases throughout the southwest states. There are no means of selection or controls of who is coming through. This was the second attempt at stealing radioactive materials in Mexico, but this time they were armed and successful.
