There is something called negative criticism and positive criticism. Negative Criticism is when you find problems and fix on it, positive criticism is when you find problems, you pursue positive resolutions, and fix on it ... Negative criticism does not build relations, it is for individuals who do not want to work it out at some point and are finding excuses to let go ... positive criticism is for individuals who value work, and are not afraid of small hitches, and are finding solutions to work it out. Positive Criticism and Solution building helps in better understanding of men and resources and allowing people to have long term relationships which benefit both.
