There is still time to make donations to Fayetteville Public Utilities’ annual Harvest of Hope Food Drive that helps fill the shelves at the Good Samaritan Association of Lincoln County. Items like peanut butter, boxed macaroni, canned meats, vegetables and fruits, and dry oats, cereal and noodles are just a few of the staples needed at the local food bank. You can bring food donations to the FPU office at 408 West College Street until Dec. 31 during regular office hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
